In 2003, Open Data Partners provided consulting services, outsourced data services, and litigation support services to support its clients’ strategic use of data. Here are a few of the highlights.

Consulting services – financial services. Open Data Partners provided consulting services to the CIO’s office so that a large financial services company could lower the cost of deploying analytics and business intelligence throughout its world wide operations.

Consulting services – real time data systems. Open Data Partners provided consulting services so that an integrator and developer of real time systems could incorporate advanced analytics, real time scoring, and alert management systems into its system.

Data services – credit scoring. Open Data Partners developed a credit score for a provider of business to business data in the food services industry. Open Data Partners computes new credit scores each month as an outsourced service enabling its client to innovate in a timely and cost effective manner.

Expert witness – telecommunications. Robert Grossman of Open Data Partners was an expert witness in data mining and transaction processing for a multi-million dollar trade secret case in the telecommunications industry. He examined software, prepared an expert report, gave deposition testimony, and testified in court.

Expert witness – e-commerce. Robert Grossman of Open Data Partners was an expert witness in e-business for a patent infringement case involving e-commerce systems.
